How do I know if my order is accepted? uitklapper, klik om te openen

If your order is accepted you will receive an email confirmation and invoice of your order. In addition, you will see a concluding page where you will be thanked for the order. If  you do not see this page, your order has not been accepted. In this case, please contact us.

Can I change my order? uitklapper, klik om te openen

You can change your order throughout the ordering process, for example by making adjustments on the shopping cart page. This is possible until you proceed to the payment in the ordering process. From this moment, the shopping cart is emptied and the order is no longer adjustable. At the moment that the order confirmation is displayed, the order is final.

CCVX entrance exams cannot be canceled and cannot be transferred to someone else. For all other orders, you can cancel your order in writing by email or letter. Cancellation is not possible via the webshop. In case of cancellation up to 1 month before the start of the activity, we charge € 25 in administration costs. If canceled within 1 month before the start of the activity, the entire amount will be charged. In the unlikely event that you are unable to attend, a colleague – in possession of your confirmation letter – is most welcome.

All prices of products in the online shop include VAT.

You can pay with iDEAL and credit card.

When paying via iDEAL or creditcard you will receive an confirmation per e-mail.

No, unfortunately this is not possible yet using the webshop. Please contact us if you have any specific requirements (for example a group invoice).

No, you do not need to create an account when ordering.
